Want to know what is really happening in the Perth property market? Landgate, Western Australia's Land Information Authority, has just launched Property Hotspots, a free service that provides the latest information on property sales activity across Perth.
Property Hotspots is an online interactive map that shows the number of residential property sales that have settled in each suburb within the past week.
Landgate's Chief Executive, Mike Bradford said that the service is a handy reference tool for property investors and professionals who rely on access to the latest information on property movements.
"Property Hotspots is the most current indication of property sales activity for the whole Perth metropolitan area," Mr Bradford said.
"It should be your first port of call if you want to stay in touch with movements in residential property."
The property sales numbers are updated weekly and are available for every suburb in the metropolitan area, making it an effective way to track the property market.
Property Hotspots is just one of the many services offered by Landgate that provide business and the community with greater access to information on land and property.
