If you are interested in property, whether buying, selling or investing, Landgate is currently offering two property information products free of charge. These products are a great resource for those interested in the Western Australian property market.
Property Sales Alert is a subscription product which sends email alerts outlining property sales in a particular suburb. Subscribers choose the suburb of interest and how frequently they receive the alerts; once, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.
Property Sales Alert provides a guide to property sales prices in a chosen suburb, ranging between $250,000 and $2,000,000. All Western Australian suburbs are available and properties due to settle within seven days are included.
Property Hotspots, another free online product, is an interactive map showing sales activity for the Perth Metropolitan Area. The map is colour coded according to the number of sales in a particular suburb. By scrolling over the map you can view information on the number of occurring sales.
Property Hotspots enables users to quickly identify suburbs in the Perth Metropolitan Area which had a high number of sales the previous week.
