Top Weekly Sales added to Free Property Stats suite

For those wanting to keep track of the Perth property market, Landgate now provides free Top Weekly Sales statistics online. 

This new offering is part of a suite of online property information and gives an up to date snapshot of what has been happening in the Perth property market. 

The information is updated weekly and includes statistics regarding the top ten sales for prestige properties, top ten most affordable house sales, top ten suburbs by turnover (total price of sales) and top ten suburbs by numbers sold. 

Landgate Chief Executive, Mike Bradford, said this kind of information can give buyers and anyone interested in the Perth property market a helpful insight. 

"We are really pleased to be able to provide this extra resource as the more information people have at their fingertips the better equipped they will be to make informed investment decisions," said Mr Bradford. 

An archive of past week's statistics is also included to give online visitors a chance to see what has been happening in the market over time.
