On Wednesday 2 May 2012, Landgate hosted the ARNECC (Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council) Stakeholder Briefing at the Parmelia Hilton.
Landgate Director Registrations Jean Villani and Legal Counsel NECS Rachael Offer delivered the presentation to over 150 registered attendees.
The purpose of the briefing was to provide:
- Continual formal early consultation on the proposed Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ECNL) before formal consultation on release of the Regulation Impact Statement (RIS).
- Formal consultation on key legal framework documents: Model Operating Requirements (MOR) and Model Participation Rules (MPR).
