Notification of price increases

A new scale of fees for some regulated products will apply from 1 August 2013.

Following Landgate's annual pricing review, most non-regulated products and services will increase on 1 July 2013.

The new hourly service rates are set out below:

A Consumer Price Index increase of two per cent (2%) will be applied to most Landgate products and services. For convenience, and where applicable, prices will be rounded.

Any orders received by Landgate prior to 1 July 2013 and orders in progress prior to this time, will be charged at the current rate and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue. However the new prices will apply for all other orders.

Regulated products and services

Document registration and search fees will not be increasing in the 2013/14 financial year. Fees for Deposited Plans, Strata Plan lodgments and Valuation Services' regulated service fees will be increasing in August 2013. This is subject to approval by the Governor in Executive Council.
