Landgate's November 2014 Business Activity Profile (BAP) reports increases in financial year
to date figures for new lots created, including subdivisional, strata and survey strata.
The financial year to date figures for new lots created are:
- Strata lots (5,473) reflect a 34.08% increase compared to same time last financial year
(4,082). - Subdivisional lots (8,507) reflect a 7.06% increase compared to same time last
financial year (7,946). - Strata and survey strata plans lodged (1,050) increased 17.71% compared to same
time last financial year (892), which has created 5,473 strata and survey strata lots, a
34.08% increase on same time last financial year (4,082).
Total document lodgements year to date (149,291) show a marginal decline of 1.2 per cent
when compared to same time last financial year (151,126), but reflect a 7.65% increase based
on the three year average (138,677).
Landgate's BAP covers all property related documents lodged within Landgate and is a
barometer of the state of the property market in Western Australia.
The November 2014 BAP is available on Landgate's website. It provides the monthly total of
all documents lodged with sections detailing transfers, mortgages, caveats, searches and
other categories of property related documents.
