Regulated products and services
From 1 July 2015, some of Landgate's regulated products and services will be subject to new fees by no more than the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase of 2.6 per cent*.
New Registration and Search Fees Payable from 1 July 2015 have been approved by the Governor of Western Australia in Executive Council.

* Each year as part of the State Government's budget setting process, the Department of Treasury estimates what next year's CPI is likely to be. This information assists all State Government departments and agencies in preparing their next year's budget including any increases in fees and charges (where applicable). On 29 October 2014, Treasury advised Landgate that it expected the CPI level for 2015/16 to be 2.6 per cent and after due consideration of expected cost pressures for next year, the 2.6 per cent rate was applied. Using an estimate of next year's CPI in framing the 2015/16 budget is an appropriate budget planning approach that ensures services to customers remain sustainable.
Commercial (non-regulated) products and services
From 1 July 2015, Landgate will increase the price of some of its commercial products and services, in line with the 2015/16 CPI increase.
Any orders in progress or received by Landgate prior to 1 July 2015, will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue.
However the new prices will apply for all other orders.
