Landgate’s customer service and land titles staff will be available to customers on Monday 23, Tuesday 24 and Friday 27 December (closed Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December).
In the week of New Year, Landgate will be open as normal (except New Year’s Day).
All other Landgate services, apart from business-critical services, will be closed during the Christmas week (Monday 23 – Friday 27 December), reopening on Monday 30 December.
In person, opening hours | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Landgate’s new counter opening hours at both Midland and Perth will remain 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, during this week (not including the public holidays).
This reflects our statutory commitment to accept documents lodgement up until 4.30pm. Documents will not be accepted for lodgement outside these hours.
