CIB 335: 1 May 2020 change to strata titles law - transitional guide for strata titles scheme lodgements

Strata in WA is changing for the better with amendments to the Strata Titles Act 1985 confirmed to commence on 1 May 2020.

The changes to WA strata law will modernise the State’s strata framework and make it clearer and fairer through a series of comprehensive reforms.

Landgate has created a guide to explain what changes are required to the lodgement and registration of strata plans and to assist surveyors and conveyancers with this transition.

The Strata Titles Policy and Procedure Guides - Transitional Guide for Strata Titles Scheme Lodgements is now available on Landgate’s website.
