CIB 338: 2020/21 Landgate regulated fee and commercial (non-regulated) price increases

Regulated products and services

From 1 July 2020, Landgate’s regulated fees are due to increase approximately 2 per cent, in line with the Treasury forecast Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate.

The proposed fees are available on our website. Please be aware these are subject to approval from the Governor in Executive Council and publishing in the Government Gazette.

The final fee schedule will be on Landgate’s website as soon as this approval is received and customers will be notified via a Customer Information Bulletin (CIB).

Commercial (non-regulated) products and services

From 1 July 2020, Landgate will also increase the charges of most of its commercial products and services approximately 2 per cent, in line with the Treasury forecast Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate.

Any orders in progress or received by Landgate before 1 July 2020 will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue.

The new charges will apply for all other orders.
