Landgate’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, community and staff, particularly in the extraordinary circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Based on the latest health advice, Landgate will return to pre-lockdown customer service arrangements from Monday 8 February, with both Midland and Perth offices reopening.
For documents lodged from Thursday 11 February the lodgement acceptability check (LAC) certificates will be required, either through our email service or in the office as per CIB 347.
All documents will remain subject to lodgement, examination and requisition processes. Relevant fees and charges, including those for incorrect or incomplete documents, will continue to apply.
Please note those attending one of our offices must adhere to physical distancing guidelines, register attendance (via SafeWA) and wear facemasks in line with current health advice.
Landgate continues to maintain a high standard of hygiene at our counters, with hand sanitiser available for customer use and additional cleaning of surface areas undertaken regularly throughout the day.
If you are unwell, we respectfully ask that you refrain from attending our counters and having direct contact with our staff and other customers.
Our Western Australian based Customer Service team is available on phone (08) 9273 7373 and via webchat at www.landgate.wa.gov.au to assist you with your enquiries.
We will continue to monitor advice from the Western Australian Department of Health and relevant government authorities and are well prepared to take additional action should the advice change.
We will continue to keep you updated as the situation unfolds.
