Landgate is introducing the Schedule of Unit Entitlements in an eForm format.
The eForm is now available on the Landgate website and can be found at Strata forms.
The eForm is approved for use from Friday 9 July, 2021.
At the request of industry to enable it to get ready before the unit entitlement eForm becomes mandatory, a two year term has been specified. This will provide sufficient time for industry to adjust their processes and systems and transition to the use of the eForm before it becomes mandatory.
The current Schedule of Unit Entitlements pdf form will cease being an approved form at close of business on Friday, 7 July 2023.
From Monday, 10 July 2023, any scheme or scheme amendment that requires a Schedule of Unit Entitlements being registered must be accompanied by a Schedule of Unit Entitlements in the approved eForm format.
While Landgate is providing a two year transition, Landgate understands that valuers will benefit from creating the Schedule of Unit Entitlements using the eForm format and switch to using it quickly. This will reduce Landgate processing times and help enable faster issue of titles.
