Regulated land titling and associated services

From 1 July 2022, Landgate’s regulated land titling fees are due to increase approximately 3.5 per cent.

The proposed fees are available on our website. Please be aware these are subject to

approval from the Governor in Executive Council and publishing in the Government Gazette.

The final fee schedule will be on Landgate’s website as soon as this approval is received, and customers will be notified via a Customer Information Bulletin (CIB).

Commercial (non-regulated) products and services

From 1 July 2022, Landgate will also increase the charges of most of its commercial products, services and valuations regulated fees (including valuations commercial charges) by approximately 2 per cent.

Any orders in progress or received by Landgate before 1 July 2022 will be charged at the

current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue.

The new charges will apply for all other orders.
