We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Landgate’s new website.
Landgate’s new website centres around you, our customers – your favourite products and services, your digital navigation preferences, and your desire to find what you need, faster.
We know this because our customers were crucial to identifying the improvements we needed to make.
Our website address - landgate.wa.gov.au - will remain the digital home of WA’s land information authority and continue to deliver the products and services that our customers rely on.
It will, however, include new-look features and functional enhancements, which have been influenced by extensive customer consultation and by contemporary digital standards.
What will be changing?

- Clearer organisation of information and services
- Improved navigation and multi-device accessibility
- Home of strata – one stop shop for all your strata information.
Like any digital upgrade, we anticipate a brief period of change for some customers, as they familiarise themselves with the new website.
How we will support customers
- Existing site links will be redirected at launch, taking you to the most relevant page within the new site for that content.
- Quick link guides will be available for all our major customer groups, helping you to easily identify the new home for a range of enquiries and tasks.
This transition support will work in parallel with the new website’s efficient site search capability, ensuring customers receive fast and relevant site search results, at go-live and beyond. Our Customer Service Team will also be available to help you, should you need it.
For customers who use our online services, such as MyLandgate and Land Enquiry Services, please be assured that your experience with those platforms will not be impacted in any way by the new website.
Launch date
The new website will launch in the coming months - we’ll advise all our customers of the date a few weeks out from the site’s launch. At that time, we’ll ensure you have all the information you need to make your experience on the new website an easy and efficient one.
A website that can evolve with us
Landgate has been evolving in recent years through a range of future-focused initiatives that are modernising the way we serve our customers, community and State.
Through this new website, we look forward to providing WA with even better ways of working with us, now and into the future. There will always be room for improvement and optimisation and we will have a feedback process in place to welcome your comments and ideas.
