Landgate will launch its new website next Tuesday, 13 June to provide our customers with a more efficient and contemporary online experience.
As part of this launch, the strata reform website ( strata.wa.gov.au [http://www.strata.wa.gov.au]) will be deactivated and an automated redirection service will be in place to take users to Landgate’s new website.

From 13 June, customers will be redirected to find all the latest information and resources on strata and community titles at Landgate’s new website.
We understand there will be a brief transition period as customers familiarise themselves with our new website and re-save your favourite pages.
To help you find the best location for your information enquiry, you’ll be supported by:
- Clear navigation menus and an efficient site search tool.
- A Help Centre within our new website offering quick links to popular pages for major customer groups.
- Landgate’s Customer Service team who are always available to help you via whichever method you prefer. Our website includes our contact options under ‘contact us’.
- From go-live until the end of June, we’re also offering our customers direct access to our website team if you have an enquiry or feedback item that relates to our new website. Please email: landgatewebsite@landgate.wa.gov.au (after 13 June.)
