Requisition Portal now live |
Our new Requisition Portal is live and ready to support faster processing of stopped documents. The portal allows document lodging parties to upload additional evidence and correspondence for stopped documents to satisfy requisitions as well as make payments online. Where possible, document lodging parties are encouraged to use the Requisition Portal to respond to requisitions to progress stopped documents to registration more efficiently. Whether lodging electronically or in paper format, it is crucial to include a valid email address. This email address serves as a means of communication through which we may reach out if additional information is required. Please note evidence requiring original signatures, such as Statutory Declarations, should not be uploaded to the Requisition Portal. The original documents must still be provided to the Registrar. These originals can be lodged in person at our Midland or Perth offices or sent via post to Landgate. Your feedback on the Requisition Portal is highly valued as it helps us understand your experience and identify areas for improvement. Feedback can be submitted via email. 2022 Strata manager returns results |
The 2022 Strata manager Annual Return findings are now available. These findings provide an overview and analysis of the compiled data received from the strata management industry for the 2022 reporting period. We've compiled the results into a short, recorded presentation which includes some context and interpretation of the results. View the presentation on the Landgate website. Reminder: 2023 Annual Returns for the 2023 reporting year are due by 31 March 2024. This is a mandatory requirement under the Strata Titles Act 1985 and all Strata managers are required to submit their annual return by the deadline. The returns can be completed through the Landgate website. |

Additional residual documents made available |
We have added more than 20 additional residual documents enabling you to electronically prepare and lodge in PEXA from today. The new residual documents include: · Memorial documents · Restrictive covenants by deed · Transfers of lease (non-dutiable) · Vesting applications · Amendment of the address of a caveator. We highly encourage the use of residual documents which streamline the lodgement process, reduce document errors and allow for faster registration.
