End of financial year lodgement supportAs we approach the end of the financial year, we understand that this can be a busy period for many of our customers. To better support you during this time, on Thursday, 27th June and Friday, 28th June 2024, the team will be offering additional lodgement options. Electronic Lodgement

All documents presented for lodgement must pass our lodgement acceptability checklist, verified by an Landgate authorised officer. To assist you in ensuring compliance and reducing wait times, the link to resources such as the Lodgement Acceptability Checklist and Land Transactions Procedure Guide are below: Please note our strict lodgement hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Documents will not be accepted for lodgement outside of these hours. It is important to ensure compliance at the time of lodgement. Should any documents be subject to a non-compliance report, they must be made compliant before 4:30pm on 28th June 2024 to be lodged on that day. We trust that these options will assist you in your lodgement processes during this busy period. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Landgate fees and charges for 2024-25The 2024-25 Landgate regulated and associated fees increase will be effective from 1 July 2024. Any orders in progress or received by Landgate before 1 July 2024 will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue. More information is available in this Landgate customer update. The new charges will apply for all other orders.
