Seeking user feedback on Requisition Portal We are seeking feedback on our new Requisition Portal to help shape future functional improvements. Launched in February, the portal allows eligible users to electronically upload additional information or evidence in response to requisitions for stopped documents. User feedback plays a vital role in highlighting opportunities for further development. You can submit your feedback via email to TLA.Amendments@landgate.wa.gov.au. More information on the Requisition Portal, including Frequently Asked Questions and a comprehensive User Guide, is available on the Landgate website. |

Strata manager Annual Returns closing soon Strata managers who have started but not submitted their 2023 Annual Return are reminded submissions close at 5pm on 31 March, 2024. Completing the annual return is mandatory under the Strata Titles Act 1985. The Annual Return portal, as well as more information including a checklist of required information is available on the Landgate website. Strata managers will also be able to print a copy of the completed return for their records. |

Update to Landgate business hours We've updated our business hours to better serve our customers. Commencing Tuesday, 2nd April, all areas of Landgate will be open from 08:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. There will be no change to our channels of contact, and you can continue to reach us in person, or over the phone. If you are unable to visit one of our locations, feel free to use the chat function on our website or alternatively, take a look at the Landgate website for more information. |
