As WA’s guardian of property ownership, we provide a broad spectrum of essential products and services for people with property interests. Our services are vital to people who are buying or selling a property or who need to update an aspect of their property ownership.
Services include:
- copies of: certificates of title, mortgages including surveys, caveats, and other land registration documents and needs
- sales history reports for suburbs, streets and single addresses
- lodgement of land transaction documents
- the latest and most accurate mapping and location data.
Our government customers depend on us for accurate land and location information to enable a wide range of their services and planning decisions. For example, our datasets underpin rate setting valuation data, emergency response management, agriculture and natural resource management, property transactions, land-use and infrastructure planning and more.
Services include:
- maps, spatial datasets, aerial photography and satellite imaging
- data on property and land ownership, street addresses and property attributes
- state-wide land and property valuations, used as the basis for rating and taxing revenue
- naming and addressing of our streets, localities and geographical features.
We are strongly committed to open data and collaborating across government to unlock new opportunities and efficiencies around service delivery and data-sharing.
