As stated in Customer Information Bulletin No. 269 issued on 21 October 2015, WA Participation Rules version 3 (WAPRv3) and WA Operating Requirements version 3 (WAORv3) came into effect on 9 November 2015.
Due to an administrative variance it has become necessary to implement WA Participation Rules version 3.1 (WAPRv3.1) and WA Operating Requirements version 3.1 (WAORv3.1).
WAPRv3.1 and WAORv3.1 are effectively identical to WAPRv3 and WAORv3.
All electronic dealings lodged since 9 November 2015 are fully valid.
WA Participation Rules version 3.1
WAPRv3.1 will be implemented on an expedited basis pursuant to section 25(3) of the Electronic Conveyancing Act 2014 and will commence on Friday 15 January 2016. WAPRv3.1 was published on Landgate’s website on Thursday 14 January 2016.
WA Operating Requirements version 3.1
WAORv3.1 will be implemented on an expedited basis pursuant to section 25(3) of the Electronic Conveyancing Act 2014 and will commence on Friday 15 January 2016. WAORv3.1 was published on Landgate’s website on Thursday 14 January 2016.
